In Canada we had a postal strike recently - and everyone freaked out about how they were going to get their bills, etc. Then, because we had no choice, we all signed up for paperless billing - and guess what? We're not going back! Do you know how much less paper mail I get since switching? Poor Canada Post basically "struck" their way to a much smaller base of support.
